Charmolia connects beauty and wellness professionals with clients seeking their services. We provide a platform for booking, payment processing, and communication between parties.
You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation. Payments are processed securely through our platform. Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance for a full refund.
Professionals agree to a 25% commission on each completed booking. Payouts are processed weekly or instantly upon request.
Users may not use the platform for illegal activities, harassment, fraud, or any behavior that violates our community guidelines.
Charmolia is not liable for any damages arising from the use of our platform. We facilitate connections but do not guarantee the quality of services provided by professionals.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
